Jessica L. McGarry

​Jessica is a Vice President of Commercial Lending at Country Bank on Park Ave in Worcester. A graduate of Nichols College, Jess has been active in CMYP since co-founding the group in 2012. She was named one of Worcester Magazine's 40 Under 40 in 2014 and was a member of the Leadership Worcester Class of 2016.

Connery Byrne

Connery Byrne is a Contract Manager  at Tufts Health Plan in Watertown, MA where she negotiates contracts between providers and the health plan’s Medicaid products.  Prior to working at Tufts HP, Connery held many roles ranging from managed care to provider contracting for four years at Fallon Health in Worcester, MA.  Connery is an alumnae of Notre Dame Academy in Worcester and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Assumption College (GO HOUNDS!).  Connery is a lifelong resident of Holden, MA and has been a member of CMYP since 2016.

Abigail Egan

Abi is a Senior Project Associate at athenaHealth in Watertown working on the implementation of electronic medical records. Before moving into healthcare, Abi worked as a research analyst for the UMass Donohue Institute in Shrewsbury where she evaluated several statewide initiatives focused on college and career readiness and dropout prevention and recovery. Abi graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2012 with a BA in Sociology and an MS in Social Policy. Currently, a resident of Boston, Abi grew up in Worcester and is still quite active in the community. Abi has been involved with CMYP since 2016.

Che Anderson

Che Anderson is a Staff Assistant in the Office of the City Manager in Worcester, where he focuses on special events initiatives and cultural equity.  Originally from New York City, the alumnus of the College of the Holy Cross formed a deep bond with Worcester and chose to stay here after graduation, serving in a variety of volunteer roles and committees. An avid lover of street art, Che has led efforts to increase Worcester’s public art, most notably serving as Director of POW! WOW! Worcester, a festival-style event that brings internationally acclaimed artists to the City of Worcester in an effort to activate underused spaces and beautify Worcester. Che seeks to do his part helping Worcester stake its claim as the creative core of New England. Che is a member of the Leadership Worcester Class of 2017.

Patrick Lowe

Patrick is in his fourth year at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. A resident of Worcester, Patrick graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 2012 and has been active in the community through Leadership Worcester, a young leadership development program sponsored by the Worcester Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Worcester Community Foundation. Patrick has been involved with CMYP since 2016.

Jason Blackburn

Jason is a commercial real estate advisor at SVN Parsons Commercial Group Boston where he represents both Landlords and Tenants on leasing and sales requirements of office, industrial, retail, multifamily and development requirements in the suburban Boston and Central Massachusetts markets. Hailing from Hudson, MA and currently residing in Holden, Jason graduated from Plymouth State University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science majoring in environmental biology with a minor in chemistry. Prior to joining SVN Parsons Commercial Group Boston, Jason practiced as an environmental scientist for over a decade at Marlborough and Worcester-based environmental consulting firms. Jason has been involved with CMYP since 2016.
